certified, experianced Subject Matter Experts (SME's) and are available
to support your system as a deliverable under the terms of a turnkey
project; or as stand-alone or on-call service agreements.
Technical support services can be purchased as
billable time via credit card or by establishing a support contract
agreement with Canopy Wireless Solutions.
Anyone, whether WLAN equipment was purchased through Canopy Wireless
Solutions or not, can buy paid tactical incident technical support from

Telephone
and Email Support |
Services are available on a
contract basis at a rate of $125.00 per hour billed in 15 minute
increments for telephone support with each email incident being treated
as a single 15-minute period. Minimum retainer fee is 2 hours ($250.00)
with high volume discounts available. |

Canopy
Wireless Solutions can provide End-User help desk support at
several levels including 24/7 or Mon - Fri live support.
Support is offered through Telephone and Email channels. In
conjunction with this service we can establish a full

Remote network
administration and trouble shooting services are available
from our Network Operations Center (NOC) located in Las
Vegas, Nevada. |

As an add-on service for any piece of equipment and for complete CWS
Projectts you can choose our Configuration and Staging Service. We will
pre-configure your equipment based on network specifications you provide
(IP addressing scheme, gateway and DNS addressing, etc). You simply
unbox the equipment on your end and plug it in. We've Got You Covered. |

You can call
on our CCS experts for telephonic or email support in
configuration support for your equipments and systems,
including coaching on vendor supplied firmware upgrades. |

Network Performance and Security Monitoring Services |
Through the services of the 24X7 network operations
center in Las Vegas, Nevada we can provide on-going network
monitoring services for critical systems. On-site
performance and security monitoring hardware communicates to
the operations center desk where trouble on your network can
